problems downloading and installing our templates, please

Using Easy PDF Templates
(1) We do provide two Instruction Guides
with our Easy PDF Templates which explain how to use our
templates in OpenOffice Writer and Microsoft Word.
(2)
We will not be providing support on basic word processing
questions, such as "How do I change font color or
size?", "How do I merge cells or delete a row in a table?"
For questions like this you should refer to the excellent
help files that are already available for OpenOffice
Writer and Microsoft Word.
To get help in OpenOffice or Microsoft
Word,
simply press the "F1" button on your keyboard, or select
"Help" from the menu.
OpenOffice is quite similar to
Microsoft Word, so there are hundreds of different things
someone might want to do, and we do not have the resources to
provide a complete word processing support desk.
We trust that this policy will enable us to concentrate on
supporting customers who are encountering genuine
difficulties with the templates themselves, and we thank you
for your understanding.
